Canadian funds submitted 144 entries in this years contest.
Winners were announced Aug. 20 at the 2003 AASCIF annual conference
in Vancouver. The contest is organized by the AASCIF Communications
Committee. Judging this year was coordinated by the West Virginia
Bureau of Employment ProgramsWorkers Compensation Division
and performed by the West Virginia Chapter of the Public Relations
Society of America.
