CEOs from California, Oregon, Colorado and Utah will discuss challenges and changes; a representative from the NCCI will give a market update; and workshop discussions will focus on such topics as ergonomics, claims for brain injuries, extraterritorial coverage, independent contractors, loss control strategies for targeted accounts, medical intervention in case management, medical privacy, and much more.
