AASCIF Conference Suitcasing Policy

Suitcasing refers to the practice of non-exhibiting and non-sponsoring companies or individuals soliciting business in the public spaces of the conference, including another company’s exhibit space, or in violation of any venue contract. Please note that while all meeting attendees are invited to the exhibit area, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles, other public spaces, or in another company’s booth will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may apply.

Suitcasing Policy

  • Booth Registration: All exhibitors must have a proper exhibit booth space purchased through the official AASCIF Sponsorship. You can only obtain a table as a Titanium or higher sponsor.
  • Solicitation Areas: Soliciting business in public areas, such as conference rooms, lobbies, or outside the exhibit area, is strictly prohibited.
  • Enforcement: AASCIF conference organizers will strictly enforce this policy. Violators will be asked to cease any unauthorized solicitation and may be expelled from the conference without a refund.
  • Reporting Violations: If you witness a violation of this policy, please report it to conference staff immediately.

By attending the AASCIF Conference, you agree to abide by these policies to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all participants.
